Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases of software, digital products, and subscription services ("Products") from qikfox Cybersecurity Systems Inc, a Delaware corporation headquartered in California ("qikfox," "we," "us," or "our").
General Refund Policy
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of qikfox on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable law in relation to Products that are not as described, defective, or not fit for purpose.
Digital Content
Where a Product consists of digital content that is immediately made available for download or electronic delivery, you acknowledge that by downloading or otherwise acquiring the Product, you consent to immediate performance and waive any right to cancel or obtain a refund once the download or transmission has begun.
Subscription Services
If you purchase access to Products on a subscription basis ("Paid Subscriptions"):

Paid Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled

To cancel, contact us at support@qikfox.com at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period

Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date

There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period

If we cannot charge your payment method and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts
Free Trials
If a Paid Subscription offers a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. Cancel by contacting us at support@qikfox.com.
Pre-Orders
If you pre-order a Product, you will be charged upfront. You may request a refund for any reason until the Product is delivered, after which the standard refund policy applies.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@qikfox.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If a refund is approved, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued without undue delay.
Wire Transfer Payments
If you paid via wire transfer, it is your responsibility to provide correct payment details and reference information. Orders paid by wire transfer may not be eligible for refunds except at qikfox's sole discretion. For transactions exceeding $100 (including applicable taxes), you may be entitled to a refund including sales tax, at our discretion.
Sales Tax Refunds
If you were charged sales tax and are registered for sales tax in the jurisdiction of purchase, you may be entitled to a sales tax refund where permitted by applicable law. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 60 days of purchase

You must provide a valid sales tax registration number

Requests received after 60 days will not be processed
Technical Issues
If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of a Product, your exclusive remedy is either replacement of the Product or a refund of the price paid, as determined by qikfox.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
